Prices are per house and include all taxes.

 

Booking and Cancellation policy

• Minimum stay is for three nights.

• House cleaning and change of linen are provided twice per week.

• A deposit of 25% of the total amount of booking is required to confirm the booking.

• The deposit will be fully refunded for booking cancellations more tahn 21 days before arrival.

• The deposit is not refundable for booking cancellations less than 21 days before arrival.

• Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
